The Road We Built Together
With the conclusion of First LEGO League, my time as President of Infocomm Club also comes to an end. Throughout my journey, I contributed to many key events, including planning Farewell Day to send off our seniors with gratitude and joy. One of the contributions I’m most proud of is preparing my juniors to take over. I regularly joined their sessions, offered guidance during challenges, and shared leadership lessons I had gained through experience. Just as my senior mentored me, I hope my support will help them build an even better Infocomm Club.
Though my time in the CCA felt short, the memories and growth I experienced are unforgettable. I stepped out of my comfort zone to lead, support others, and achieve goals together. In 2023, as an EXCO member, I helped initiate a VIA project to share digital skills with the community. At first, I was nervous about speaking publicly, but when I saw my peers struggling too, I overcame my fear to lift the team. When unexpected problems arose—like not having enough time for a mini competition—we adapted on the spot, and the event was a success.
Through all the ups and downs, I’ve learned to think on my feet, be proactive, and lead with empathy and confidence. I’m deeply grateful for the opportunity to grow into a young leader—and I leave knowing the future of the club is in good hands.
